How to Enroll
Join the Nest
Our goal is to provide every child with a caring and positive atmosphere to learn and grow. We provide care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years at our 2 locations in Carterville, Illinois and Marion, Illinois.

Start preparing your little one’s nest by filling out and signing all enrollment forms — including the Contract Agreement (with $75 enrollment fee), Parent Handbook, Policy Agreement, Child Information Packet, and any required state or program forms (Medical, Tuition Express, Food Program, etc.).
Prep for the Nest
Complete Your Enrollment Forms
Schedule a visit to tour the classrooms and meet our teachers. This gives you and your child a chance to see our learning spaces, ask questions, and get a feel for our nurturing environment.
Settle in
Submit & Secure Your Spot
Bring in all completed paperwork, your child’s birth certificate and immunization/shot records, and pay your non-refundable deposit equal to one week’s tuition (which can be divided over five weeks). This deposit will be applied to your last week of tuition with a two-week notice.

Contract Agreement
This is the key document outlining our childcare agreement. Please be sure to read this agreement thoroughly, and notate any questions you may have during your tour visit.
Parent Handbook & Policy Agreement
This document is your all-in-one "welcome to the nest" toolkit, designed to make joining our family a breeze by covering everything from first-day checklists and health policies to the final signatures needed to keep your little one safe and sound.
Child Information Packet
The Child Information Packet is a collection of important forms and information used to enroll your child at Robin’s Nest and ensure the center has everything needed to provide safe, personalized care. It helps families share essential details about their child, review policies, and complete the required documentation for enrollment and daily care.
State Medical Form
This form is a State of Illinois medical form. Provides details of your child's recent vaccinations and overall health.
Tuition Express
We are excited to offer the safety, convenience and ease of Tuition Express®—a payment processing system that allows secure, on-time tuition and fee payments to be made from either your bank account or credit card.
State Food Program Application
Fill out this form to ensure to your child is receiving a balanced and nutritious diet will in our care.

Robin's Nest CCAP Overview:
- No deposit
- $25 per week co-pay for 2 weeks until approved
- If still not approved by week 3, private pay rate will be charged.
- Can not back bill past 30 days
- All paperwork must be turned into Robin's Nest, and never to CCR.

All are welcome at Robin's Nest
We would recommend avoiding the hours of 12 PM – 1 PM as this is when most of our nesters are dreaming during hour nap hour.

Robins Nest Learning Center offers the largest infant & toddler program in Southern Illinois. Our 2 locations include Carterville and Marion.
